Thanks great app. So smart love that it links to I tunes on the I phone and plays your playlists. I love the gradual training it helps push you a little further each time, like a little electronic trainer. !! Cant wait for 5 k!!!!!!

Easy for beginners. Alternating between walking and jogging makes sure it is not boring. Can add music--even more fun! Love it!
Im defiantly not a runner and I have completed the 3k now working on the 5k best running app out there !!
Helps know when to jig and walk. GPS tracks you Accidentally hit keys while using it though
Some bad moments
I *was* loving this app, but now, as Im on day 1 of week 3, Im finding that the voice prompt does not come on consistently between phases. I need to hold my iPod in my hand and keep checking the countdown to know when to run or walk, which kind of defeats the purpose of using the app. Really unfortunate.
There is so pretty wicked spam in this app. After my first workout I had a pop up saying I had been selected to test an iPhone 7 and would receive a free iPhone 6. Of course I know this is a scam but I could not get rid of this message! I ended up having to shut down my wireless and cellular and had to clear my history to get rid of it!

Just finished my first run (using this app) I like having a virtual voice telling me at intervals to jog/walk............
I didnt even need to listen to music for entertainment while jogging, which is a saftey bonus when jigging around town with descent amounts of traffic and cross streets. Goodbye man boobs
It is a good app, however, it needs to be less touchy. Even in my pocket the screen will get pocked causing it to pause or skip a step. If I had one of those little arm holders the would not be a problem, but I should not need one it would not be hard to make a screen where this app would not be so touchy when I am running. There are other apps that do.
Its easy to customize your run with your own playlists, and the "trainer" keeps you hyped up and energized. I just wish he "spoke" a little louder.
Ive never had an app tell me good job. I actually smiled in the middle of jogging.
